The following article investigates the importance, advantages, and advancements achieved by what is known as “Business Intelligence” (BI) in the context of enterprise decision-making. The primary tool for this purpose is the software Power BI, which offers various options for handling information related to the company. By leveraging Power BI, organizations can make predictions based on both data and customer insights, enabling informed decision-making.
