Ubiquitous application: A comprehensive solution for the management and promotion of SMITEIMYT and CIPIEITYR.

Abstract

This project proposes the development of a ubiquitous application based on free software, whose main objective is to optimize the management of information in the SMITEIMYT Society and the CIPIEITYR Congress. This innovative solution seeks to contribute to the improvement of registration processes, updating of face-to-face and online activities, as well as facilitating the promotion and dissemination of events. Following the agile Scrum methodology, the development team will be able to meet the proposed objectives and deliver a high-quality product. The ubiquitous application will generate significant benefits, such as the reduction of time in the consultation of records thanks to its organization by categories, agile access to information, a more efficient handling of data, an optimized search for records, segmented promotion to groups with similar interests, and an improved management of scheduled activities. This application is presented as an innovative solution that incorporates new technologies in the area of society and congress management, in order to achieve maximum development and scope. By taking advantage of the advantages of software and ubiquity, the aim is to optimize the processes handled and offer an improved experience for both the organizers and the participants of these events.
