The complexity of the concept of software quality encourages the search for quality measurement models that aim to provide a means to define this concept in several simple and accessible characteristics to measure. The first step of software evaluation is to select the relevant quality factors. To do this, it is necessary to adjust to a quality model that breaks down all the factors, characteristics and subcharacteristics classified in a hierarchical tree structure, where at the highest level They find the factors and at the lowest level, the characteristics or attributes of software quality. For Mc Call, the relationship of factors and characteristics corresponds to the multi-criteria mathematical expression Fq = c1 m1 + c2 m2 + …….+ cm mn; Where Fq is a software quality factor, cn are regression coefficients and mn are the metrics that affect the quality factor. To address the complexity of McCall's software quality measurement concept, a software quality measurement model is developed using heuristic computing based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, Hierarchical Analysis Process to determine the coefficients. regression, as well as the scaling of metrics for the degree of quality of a software product categorized by its quality factors. The final result is an expression of the scope which indicates to what extent the software meets the established quality requirements and allows the company CDS, S.C. Take actions and decisions.
