Abstract

Meteorological measurement is crucial for understanding and predicting climatic conditions, significantly impacting sectors such as agriculture, aviation, and disaster management. Ground-based weather stations have traditionally been the foundation for collecting essential data, such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and wind speed. However, recent technological advances have developed new methods and devices that improve both the precision and coverage of these systems. In addition to traditional parameters, air quality is now also included as a critical aspect of meteorological measurements. Advanced sensors and technologies such as satellites, drones, and remote sensors allow for detailed data on air pollutant concentrations, such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and particulate matter. This additional information is crucial for more accurate analysis and prediction of both weather conditions and air quality. With more complete and precise data, it is possible to optimize decisions in various sectors. In agriculture, this allows for better crop planning and protection against adverse conditions. In aviation, it improves flight safety through a better understanding of atmospheric conditions. In disaster management, it facilitates a faster and more effective response to extreme weather events and issues related to air pollution
